Gourmet Home Chef was created to share recipes that are of gourmet quality. Every other month or so, myself and my friend "O" get together and cook a complete dinner for our wives. We have a passion for cooking great food and enjoying the results of our efforts. There is no better time than getting together with good friends, cooking a great dinner, and enjoying a meal of gourmet quality. Add our favorite wine and conversation and it doesn't get any better. These dinners are not everyday cooking as some can be time consuming and at times use expensive ingredients. The results are worth the effort and cost. This stuff is so good our standard joke is that when they do an autopsy on us, there will be no doubt of the cause of death and the doctors will say to themselves,  " Boy these guys really knew how to Cook and Eat !!!"
